SSB AC resistance butt welder   SSB series resistance butt welder uses the squeezing mechanism to make work-pieces tight. Then, the work-pieces are heated to molten state and forging force is applied to the work-pieces to reach sufficient deformation and finally the ends bond perfectly. The work-pieces may include the welding bar, ring, thin plate, tube and others. Since the machine uses microcomputer to control and SCR as the phase control, it is suitable for butt-welding of different metals (such as carbon steel, iron, copper and alloy) and is easy to operate.
