SMD series medium frequency inverter spot/projection welder   Currently, medium frequency inverter spot welders are sophisticated resistance welders in the world and are widely used.  The superiority lies in the decrease of the iron core weight as a result of the increase of the frequency of the welding transformer from 50Hz to 1000Hz. Furthermore, the diode rectifies the secondary circuit to direct current which significantly reduces the inductive impedance of welding circuit which is the key factor contributes to the energy loss. For direct current, such factor is negligible and so it can minimize the cost of production.
