STD series 3-phase secondary rectifier spot/projection welder controls the power of the primary input current through the welding transformer, and the secondary output is being rectified by the 6-phase star. Such structure stabilizes the output current and can be used for high power welding with the additional advantage of producing less negative effect on the balance of 3-phase power and voltage.

By the adoption of special high performance chips, the AN-T11 controller is able to achieve a unified control that will get the real-time result in pulse triggering. This gives the firing angle precisely.

By passing through the hardware and software filtering, the synchronized signal insures the precision of the controller.  By using SPI communication protocol in the main control circuit and chip circuit of triggering signal, the signal is reliable and the possibility of inadequate motion is minimized.

The controller uses the technique of close-loop control. By comparing the figures of the input voltage and welding current with the preset parameters through the chips, the main control circuit may simultaneously adjust the control order and make appropriate changes in the welding current in response to the excursion of the power and voltage.
